By signing up for Intuitly and providing a payment method, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following terms. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Arun Mohan, operating as Intuitly (“Provider,” “we,” “us”).
These Service Terms are supplementary to and should be read alongside our general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Service Terms take precedence for matters relating to the paid service.
1. The Service
Intuitly is an AI-powered sales assistant that integrates with your e-commerce store. We provide initial setup, product catalogue training, and ongoing operation of the AI assistant to engage your website visitors and support sales conversions.
2. Pricing & Payment

| Payment Method | All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing a payment method at signup, you authorise automatic recurring charges for the base fee and any applicable overages. |
We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3. What Counts as a Conversation
A “conversation” is a single interaction session between the AI assistant and one website visitor. A new conversation is counted each time a visitor initiates or re-initiates a chat session. Usage data is available via your dashboard or monthly summary.
4. Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged the base fee automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be charged for any overages incurred up to the cancellation date. No refunds are issued for partial months of the base fee.
6. Service Availability & Support
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service operational and will respond to support requests within 48 hours on business days. We may perform updates and maintenance as needed. We will notify you of planned downtime in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all your customer data. We process conversation data solely for delivering and improving the service. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable. We will not share or sell your customer data to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Intuitly complies with your own privacy policy and any applicable regulations regarding the use of AI chatbots with your customers.

8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed sales, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI, using it for illegal purposes, or deliberately generating excessive artificial conversations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
